News.
September
was a very busy month for us, seven gigs in all. A great start at the Fleming
Arms supporting Bad Manners, another great gig at the Hoeford Inn, our debut
at the Romsey Tavern (we have been invited back in November), a busy scooter
do in Farnborough at the Tumbledown Dick and finishing the month
with a return to Mr Kpys to support Ian Paige and the Affair. There are plenty
of pics on the website of the Bad Manners, Hoeford Inn and Tumbledown Dick
gigs. Also thanks to Jenni who wrote two reviews for us.
October
should be a good month as well. A return to the Netley Central club, followed
by two of our favourite gigs. On the 15th we are back home in Totton playing
at the Red Lion. Totton gigs are always busy for us, and this one is no
exception. On the 16th we go to the Oakdale in Poole, another great venue for
us. Back to Gaz's Rockin Blues in Soho on 21st, and the month finishes at the
Cowplain Social Club.
We
have also been confirmed as support act to both Bad Manners and The Beat in
December. Details of how to get tickets are on the website. This is one night
you cannot miss.
A
big thanks to Steve Green for helping us this month standing in for Lee on
guitar. Lee will be back very shortly.
Finally
we would like to welcome back Gary as our keyboard player. He was in the band
for a very short while before leaving to try his luck at DJ'ing, but has
knocked that on the head and is back playing with us. We cannot thank Richie
(Urban Rhythm) enough for all his help and advice, we would have been
'stuffed' without him. Thanks Richie
Gigs.
